We headed out to Hoover Dam to find the new letterbox placed there and
noticed that the Hot Springs access referenced in the White Rock Canyon LB
clue

Is really torn up with road construction and there is a flashing highway
sign indicating "Hot Springs Access Closed Jan 04 - Dec 04."

I don't know whether or not this is only referencing the parking area
mentioned in the clue, or the trail itself. The trail itself appears to be
buried under a giant pile of dirt. We'll probably wait until '05 to check
this one out...your mileage may vary.
